Appointment and Cancellation Policy
To ensure your preferred times, we recommend you make reservations several days in advance. If you are unable to keep your appointment, you must let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Appointments not cancelled within that time are subject to a full service charge.
Animal Testing
Lovia Cosmetics & Beauty does not participate in animal testing nor do we contract to 3rd parties that currently test on animals.
Products & Return Policy
All Lovia products returned unopened can be exchanged only or store credit is available for next purchase. All sales are final.
Lovia offers Gift Certificates for all services. Good for one year from date of purchase
Buying A Lovia Gift Certificate
Lovia Gift Certificate may be purchased online, or through our Customer Service Department in the following amount – $25, $50, $75, $100, $250. Gift Certificate may be purchased in any dollar amount in our Lovia Cosmetics & Beauty Locations. You can use a credit card or debit card to purchase a gift certificate online.
Gift Certificate may be used for making purchases at any Lovia Location in the United States; Lovia Gift Certificates are not redeemable at other Lovia retailers.

Order Confirmation Emails
Immediately after you have successfully placed your order on one of our websites, you will receive an e-mail that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt; please feel free to print it for your records. The e-mail includes your order number, the details of the products, prices, quantities, promotional information, payment method(s), your shipping and billing addresses as well as the shipping method you selected.
